


She has aYs Foundation Course and Practitioner Course diplomas and is a member of the British Wheel of Yoga. She is also registered as a Yoga teacher with the Krishnamacharya Healing and Yoga Foundation in Chennai, India where she attends study courses.
The four-year aYs Practitioner course gave the opportunity for a deep study of the philosophy and practice of Yoga and also concentrated on the use of Yoga as a therapy. An important part of the course is the emphasis on guiding teachers to work with individuals using Yoga therapeutically.
